A quick word about The Canyon Club from Dallan:

Back when I played guitar for the band Berlin, I always looked forward to playing The Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, CA (just North of Los Angeles). We played there several times (including a New Year’s Eve show!) and it was always a treat. It just has such a great “vibe” to it. Tons of class, but still warm and inviting with good people and a great sound system. A tough combination to find in a music venue. Just walking through the front door you feel at home. And when I used to live in Los Angeles, I didn’t just PLAY shows there, I went to SEE shows there as well. As often as I could.

The Canyon Club has just opened a 2nd location right here in Scottsdale, AZ and Rock Lobster is extremely excited to be playing there. It’s brand spanking new and sure to prove itself the hottest place in town. Don’t take my word for it. Please come out and catch a show. If you can’t catch Rock Lobster on the 8th or 29th of July, then go see John Waite, The Misfits, or even Berlin (with new guitarist Carlton Bost). Just be sure to get out and support this brand new, kick-ass music venue right here in our own community. When you support live music, you never know what kind of magic is going to happen.
